What is Scrip?

It is a unique opportunity to reduce your tuition payments and support your parish by purchasing gift cards/certificates to your favorite stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and local stores etc, and a variety of special order stores.

You receive a percentage of each scrip sale that will be used to reduce your tuition payment. The parish receives the same percentage as you do.

Scrip is easy to use. You can use it just like cash at a number of stores in the area such as:

Food Stores – Acme, Shoprite, Giant, Lou’s Farm Mart etc.

Department Stores – Boscovs, Kohls, etc.
When you buy Kohls, you can even pay your bill with it.

Gas Stations – Exxon, Sunoco, BP, Wawa

Restaurants – Applebees, Outback/Carrabba, Olive Garden etc.

Sporting Goods – Dicks

Movie Theatres – AMC, United Artist

School Uniforms – Flynn & O’Hara

And other miscellaneous stores – Bensalem Beer & Soda, Bath & Body, American Eagle, Home Depot, Lowes, CVS, Walgreens, Barnes & Noble, i-Tunes (now APPLE), Wal-mart, Wawa

And numerous others!

For example, if all you bought was $100 a week in grocery stores, you would earn approximately $130 in Scrip Credit. We have stores for every taste. Take a look at our list; I’m sure you will see a number of stores you shop in now.

Scrip Credits can be applied to the following areas to help defray your costs.

• St. Ephrem’s Tuition
• Prep Program (formerly CCD )
• Parochial High School
• Other Parochial Elementary Schools
• College Tuition & Student Loans
• 529 Plans
