Thank you for your interest in our school and Catholic Education! Here is how you can begin the process of registering a child in our school:

1. You are asked to call our Director of Advancement, Mrs. Kochanski, to set up an appointment. Registration is a process of steps and it begins with this initial conversation! Mrs. Kochanski can be reached at 215-639-4958 or gksaintephrem@gmail.com

     a. It is the policy of our school that we reserve the right to                communicate with a prospective kindergarten student’s Pre-          K teacher and to screen all incoming kindergarten students.
               i. Acceptance of a child will depend on our ability to                         meet his, her individual needs as well as availability of                    space in the desired program.

2. After the initial conversation, and in addition to it, interviews between a prospective student and Sister Shaun will be set up for students applying for possible placement in grades three to six. Acceptance depends on availability of the school to meet the needs of the student as well as the number of openings in each grade.
             a. Please note that admittance to grades seven or eight is done on a case to case basis; you are encouraged to speak first with Mrs. Kochanski.
