Day #7 we are celebrating with First Grade as they enjoy Snowman Week! But be very quiet… don’t tell the snowman that when it gets warmer outside, he will melt! First Grade is learning about the water cycle with this wonderful, catchy song! Great job, 1B! We will always remember how the water cycle works!
Day #9 we are celebrating our School Song! Our sweet Kindergarten students from KB enjoy singing our school song in Music Class with Mrs. Schauder. “Saint Ephrem Catholic School, we grow and we learn the golden rule, to love God with all our hearts, and to live our faith as each day starts.” Best song ever! Thank you for filling our hearts with school spirit, KB!
Day #15 we are celebrating Religion class with our fifth grade students. The Fifth Grade recently learned about the sacrament of Confirmation and the First Pentecost. Students were instructed to imagine that they were an apostle of Jesus, and write a first-person account of their experience when the Holy Spirit came to them. The students needed to include what they saw, what they heard, and how they felt during this very special time. Their stories were fantastic, and showed that the students truly understood the significance of Pentecost. Wonderful work, Fifth Grade!
