ADMISSION POLICY

Enrollment is year round, based on availability.

Age Requirements

·         Children entering our Pre Kindergarten program must be 4 years of age on or before August 31st of the current school year.
·         Children entering our Kindergarten program must be 5 years of age on or before August 31st of the current school year.
·         Children entering our first grade must be 6 years of age on or before August 31st of the current school year.
 

Health Requirements

·         Immunization records and general health examination reports must be presented to the school before admission. Bensalem Township health requirements must be fulfilled.
 

Academic Requirements

·         Acceptance of children in Grades 2 through 6 is contingent upon receiving complete and accurate information from the sending school.
 

Requirements for School Entrance

Catholic students entering Pre-K through Grade 1:

·         Parish membership verification – church collection envelope
·         Baptismal certificate
·         Immunization record
·         Birth Certificate
·         Proof of residency – electric bill or phone bill

Catholic students transferring into Grades 2 through 6:

·         Parish membership verification - church collection envelope
·         Baptismal certificate
·         Immunization record
·         Birth Certificate
·         Transfer from previous school with academic records
